If you don’t have individual sound as a singer that you are NOT a singer. You’ll never go anywhere. I absolutely love this and it’s true. I remember complaining to my vocal coach that I didn’t sound like my favorite singer she looked me in the eyes and said“ honey, your favorite singer doesn’t even SOUND like your favorite singer!” Took her months to get me to sing in my natural voice and even now I have to catch myself

Would you please share the exercises…. I tried to look him up looks like Ron passed away in 2021.😢. I am a singer gospel music and have suffered from bowing for 5 yrs.. I need help.

As a beginner I was searching for a voice training course, or method if im not wrong, I search for who is The Weeknd vocal coach and then I found Voixtek! I can tell Voixtek is exactly what I was expecting to see in an online course, I like the way of practicing, you know what exactly you have to do and why, and those animations are fire! I prefer these to those old larynx anatomy pictures, I also like that everything can be learned online in this course, and the trial is nice because I can see what I'm exactly buying, I appreciate the effort and thoughts behind what you have made! I going to start practicing and I’ll let y’all know if it works or not :)) just joking I’m sure it is. Cheers

So in this methodology there is no room for screaming safely? Meaning they don’t believe a singer can scream safely? Or sing with rasp safely? Even if you are doing so without the vocal cords creating the aggressive tones?

I have been singing for 6 years and in that time, if I literally go to bed just one hour or even 30min late, the next day I can’t produce a clean falsetto and my range on both ends is just not there. I’m 24 now and have been having a 9pm bedtime for this reason ever since I started singing at 18. My experience has been in worship but I would like to transition over to the commercial world of being an artist. If this happens to me with such little of an amount of sleep loss I cannot even fathom going to afterparties and getting back to bed hours later….

I recommend honey + ginger before songing I am a singer too i do that before my shows ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Yes, except Barbra Streisand (and a few others, of course) who has stated in interviews that she did not take lessons or do exercises. Some are just gifted prodigies.

Hayley, Ginger is very good for the voice. But not the spice. The real fruit. A little piece of it. Use it like a chewing gum or make a drink of it with a juicer. Ginger raw in the highest quality (bio). Ginger is like a smoothener for the voice.

I am a rock singer in my original band, and this was so great. I have always been able to sing high, but recently, i have lost a bit of my head voice, i was wondering how i can get it back, it comes and goes.
